Capacity Building: PIE programme is a great example of how we keep partners’ best interests in mind. We started by conducting robotics Demo, research collaborators' and incoming fellows' recruitment and research seminars for knowledge sharing, thorough British Council funded Catalyst grant and respective institutional matched funding, and slowly built a long-term relationship for the next few phases with Short-Term Mobilities and research collaboration (co-funded by Taith Grant Welsh Government and CMET Go Global).

ACADEMIC-INDUSTRIAL-CLINICAL FELLOWSHIP, PLACEMENT & TRAINING FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIP IN STEAM-H

2022 - 2029

In the higher education and professional consulting Centre, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of crossed-disciplinary Robotics & AI solutions. For this programme, we facilitate and empower interdisciplinary colleagues from healthcare, medical sciences, and social sciences to define the gap and focus for the collaborative research and AI into daily work. Through strategic, thoughtful & ethical integration and practical planning, we were able to achieve a great esteem, engagement & impact, excellent research performance and social enterprise outcomes. WOMEN IN STEM PLACEMENT AT 
EUREKA ROBOTICS CENTRE, OXFORD ROBOTICS INSTITUTE, YORK ROBOTICS LAB & EUREKA'S INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS, UK

Fully funded by British Council , PIE I & II accelerated Malaysia and Indonesia partners set up a short term mobility and research fellowships with long term benefits. Engaged 52 inwards and 33 outwards, impacting a total of 85 leaders, academics and students in higher education or related robotics industries. 

PIE then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them with over £2M+ joint bids applications  implementation. 

This project is a great example of how PIE keep my public and industrial partners’ best interests in mind, inspiring girls and women into STEAM-H, impacting more than 400 teachers and healthcare staff, and over 15,000 pupils from schools in Malaysia and Wales. 

TECHNOLOGY ACQUISITION CONSULTATION, TRAINING & BRANCHING

EUREKA Robotics Centre set up one EUREKA Nexus Lab in  UiTM Malaysia, one EUREKA Satellite Lab at USIM,  advising a sister Educational Robotics Lab in Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Intelligence Robot (IR) Maker Labs in the UK and Asia, facilitating and mobilising global partners for mutual growth. 

PIE MEETINGS AND IDEA EXCHANGE FOR JOINT WOMEN IN STEAM-H INITIATIVES

2022 - 2023

2 Collaborative agreements, 4 MoAs signed (USIM, UiTM, UMPSA and UM) within 2 years for international partnership, and working on 3 more MoAs/LoIs (UPSI, UMK, BINUS, ALTY and UMMC) .

DUAL PHD/PG & JOINT PROJECT SUPERVISION INITIATIVES
